When will my order ship?
We pride ourselves on fast shipping! Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase! If you are not satisfied, we accept returns for store credit within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
How do I know what size to order?
Since we curate pieces from various designers, sizing can vary. We provide a general size guide on our website and include specific fit notes in each product description to help you find your perfect fit.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Hazel & Olive ships to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. Shipping rates and delivery times for international orders are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
Because we process orders very quickly to ensure fast delivery, we are unable to make changes or cancellations once an order has been submitted. Please double-check your shipping address and cart items before finalizing your purchase.
