At Hazel & Olive, we want you to love your purchase, but if an item doesn't work out, we accept returns for store credit within 30 days of the delivery date. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return for store credit.

Package and Ship

Print your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Store Credit

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a digital gift card to your email address within 5-7 business days.
